1、 Process manufacturing capability.
The company's products are divided into eight categories. Namely: quick insertion type pipe joint, sleeve type pipe joint, inner expansion type pipe joint, outer expansion type pipe joint, welded pipe joint, steel pipe joint assembly, gas storage cylinder, and automotive standard parts. Among the 8 major categories of products, there are 54 series, over 2800 varieties, and over 4500 specifications, with an annual production capacity of 60 million automotive pipe joints and 200000 non-ferrous metal gas storage tanks. The pipe joint blank is forged using precision molds, and the metal processing is manufactured using CNC, digital display, semi-automatic, and automatic (specialized) equipment; The quick plug-in pipe joint, steel pipe joint assembly, and aluminum alloy gas storage cylinder are manufactured using an automatic flow production line.
